Comment: Thanks for your lovely comment. :) I totally agree with you about holidays like Christmas - there is very little left in how most people celebrate these days that make it religious, it's as much a cultural thing (plus it has incorporated yule and other pagan holidays into it anyway). Anyway, yes, celebrations are always fun!

Comment: Im not sure if we grow coconuts here or not. But i have heard of coconut curries i love watching Gordon Ramsey on tv he does alot of international recipes. i have not tried any curries though. And i LOVE coconut Popsicles and ice cream so yummy!! thanks for the profile love :)
