I've been sick for a week and this was most certainly a pick-me-up! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for everything- words aren't enough! I was able to share some of the lovely goodies with mom (she loves peppermint) and she loved it too and says thank you!!! We adore the Rudolph your husband made, it will be cherished for years to come!!! The tea and tea accessories are sooooo needed and I love them!!! Comment: I'm sorry to rate a 1 but after 2 months of not receiving anything and then being given a tracking number which doesn't exist there isn't much more I can do. Having got no response from you after letting you know of this and knowing you read my message, I'm left with no choice. If a package arrives, I will amend my rating.
Edit 21/11/19: I have amended to 5 as it arrived today. Please note though the amended tracking number you gave me was the same as the first and still did not work.
Response: I'm so sorry - I thought that I did respond to your last message and confirm when I typed the tracking to you it had an extra #4 - I guess I didn't hit send - the tracking number for the 3rd resend is LH0799441731US and it currently shows that it was processed through customs in the UK this morning at 3:47 am

Comment: You said you forgot to put postage on it and it was returned, but you would mail it next day. I've messaged you since then and you said you would resend.....but here it is November. My postal delivery site is a secured business and they've been checking for it.
I'll re-rate when I receive.
Edit: mailed 11/13/19, received today 11/20/19
If you had sent me the tracking number I would have been able to check on it.
Response: Thanks for the updated rating! I would have sent the tracking but sadly the receipt with the number was not removed from the car by my husband before it was taken to the junk yard after my accident and as I am sure you can understand, retrieving that nor updating my swaps have been foremost on my mind recently.
Glad you finally got the package though, hope you enjoy he gift.

I understand why you feel you had to rate down, but the 3rd resend does now show that it has been delivered: so if you could kindly change your rating it would be greatly appreciated. I hope that you understand that this process was a challenge - and very costly for me - as well, but I stayed in communication the entire time and did everything that I could to make it right.
