Comment: Thank you for the Garfield bank and the Hello Kitty stickers and the cookie snack. I'm rating a 3 because this was sent, according to the postal sticker (the kind you get at the postal counter, not the post mark), on August 11th. The send by deadline was July 27th.
Response: Your package was already sent. But try to understand that the post office here in Ecuador is bad. So I assume your package is gonna being arriving next week (I hope) Anyways, I am gonna send you your tracking number. :)

Comment: Sadly, although the color was correct my package had nothing to do with me. The strawberry/banana lip gloss had a finger dip in it. The wallet was meant for a child (I am 40) and there was a sad piece of red, frayed string in the bottom. While I hate to give a poor rating, my package was a huge disappointment.
Response: I am so sorry for that, I read your webpage when it was late and I learned that you were 40. Een though I had a hard time trying to find things for you. I only read your description in your page. The lipstick was new, It wasn't a finger dip it came like that. I am so sorry anyways, I am trying to send a new package soon in reposition even if I don't get a new rating. Please try to understand that I am kind of new in this things.
