Comment: I really don't like to give 3s, but I think I have to in this case. The send by date was 12/28. You contacted me for the first time on 1/11 and said you had had problems signing-on to SB, but that you send it out that day. Then envie arrived 1/19 (without a post mark) so I assume you sent it that day. The contents are very nice and I appreciate them. Had you contacted me sooner than almost 2 weeks after the send date, I would not rate a 3.
