Comment: I love the book, thank you. I work in mental health and teach a class using mindfullness skills to help people deal with past abuse issues. It's the only know treatment that actually helps. It's called Dialectic Behaviour therapy. I love this book. The Buddist's are the true masters on mindfullness...The angel was pretty too. Thank you so much.
