Comment: Unfortunately, even though you paid the extra postage for non-machina le, it looks like this went through the sorting machine because the envelope arrived ripped open with only half the contents (6 tapes) still intact. If you tape the sides of the envelope when including anything thick, it can help prevent this sort of thing. Writing "non machinable" on the envelope can help too, but not always. I like the tapes though! Edit to add, thank you for re-sending!
