Foreign coins swap, September edition!

Hello everyone! Sorry for forgetting to make one of these for August. I completely forgot about it orz.

As always: this is a swap for those of you who love foreign coins! You'll send THREE coins to TWO different partners, making it six coins in all. Please don't send coins to your partners that they probably already have! For example, if one of your partners is from Canada, don't send them Canadian coins. The more uncommon, the better!

4.5 is the lowest rating allowed, as this is a swap that takes a little bit of effort, and no recent ones or threes, unless you were rated unfairly, and if that is the case, message me about it and I'll see what I can do.
