For this swap you will make 1 ATC for your partner using any media you like so long as it fits on the standard size of 2.5 x 3.5". The theme is Vintage Hallowe'en. This can be pumpkins, jack o' lanterns, trick or treating, cats, bats, witches, etc. Newbies are welcome. No unexplained 1s or 3s.. I reserve the right to ban anyone who seems suspicious or flaky. Please put some thought into your work. Make it something you would be proud to add to your own collection. Most of all - Have FUN!
