Description: | |
If you have taken part in the first, second, third, fourth, or fifth round of this swap you should have received a journal from your partner that you can add a few recipes to and send on. However, if this is your first round you will get a Composition book, decorate it or cover it if you like. The reason I chose this is because they have nice big pages to write on, and if all the journals are the same the shipping costs will be similar for everyone. Plus there is so much you can do with them as far as altering or decorating if you chose. On the first page write your name and the swap name and in the back write your address and a note to return the journal home to you when it is full. This will be a monthly swap. What you will do is find a recipe, anything at all, from something you make all the time to something you would love to try. Whatever you can think of. Write one recipe in the book with your name and swap name. Include a short little letter to your partner saying why you chose that recipe on a separate sheet of paper, and then mail off to your partner. Next month in a separate swap you will take that journal you received and write a recipe and pass it on. We will keep going as long as there is interest. Please only put in realistic and usable recipe's, the point is for people to find cool new recipes to try out. The fine print: Anyone is welcome to join who has a well filled out profile, newbies included with at least 5 mailed swaps completed. If you have 1's or 3's please make sure that they are explained somewhere in your profile or PM me and explain. Please don't flake, but if it does happen, I will angel. You will have until September 30th to sign up, and then a few weeks to send. If there are any questions, please ask. |
