Description: | |
For this swap you will create a letter for your partner using words or letters cut from a magazine, book, junk mail, etc. The letter needs to relate somehow to Autumn. It can be as short or long as you like, as long as it fills at least one page (it needs to be at least a sentence, but maybe be more.) If you choose to send poetry, it does not have to be a grammatical sentence, but at least of traditional haiku length. The envelope needs to have some interest to it as well, either going hog wild with creativity, or just a bit of creative embellishment in the method of addressing. (I don't recommend using magazine words for this part... we don't want FBI on us!) All that said, I'd rather we rate each other based on intent and receipt of swap than on a firm you-are-one-word-short type design. If you receive a letter that fits the above criteria and is sent on time it is a five. If it is sent late, the five may be a three at your discretion, following basic swap-bot rules and etiquette. If the letter does not meet criteria, it would rate a three (I'd like to see us extend each other grace, but also stay within Swap-bot guidelines), if after a reasonable amount of time you have not received of course it deserves a one. (again at your discretion) Our participants generally pride themselves in going above and beyond requirements, so the ratings shouldn't be an issue! I will be checking profiles closely since I haven't screened our group for a bit. Have fun! |
