Can be made from Felt, Fabric or Yarn!! It needs to be around 3 inches total!! You can decorate the front however you wish! Just make sure to make it well. Put some time into it, even though it's going to be small, it still needs to be made well! One partner, yes this is international, it shouldn't be too much to ship!!
