LozzaBee and ChelseaLake will send each other one handdrawn Rilakkuma ATC each!

Original Swap Information: These swaps are going to be easy peasy. You will send ONE partner ONE ATC featuring the current character of the swap.

For this round, we're doing....Rilakkuma!!!!

The ATC must be handdrawn or painted. You can add whatever little embellishments to your card, but the majority of the card needs to be handdrawn/painted.

Newbies are welcome to join. However, please send out something you will be proud of. If you're not sure what an ATC is, please do some research before joining. If you're not sure what kawaii is or who the character is, please do some research before joining.

For everybody else, please have a 4.9 rating, with no 1's in the last 3 months. If for some reason you don't meet these standards and want to join, message me and we'll work it out together :D

I can angel if for whatever reason you don't receive a card, but you must contact your partner first, then rate accordingly. I'm sure it won't come to this, though - right?
