Find a postcard showing something in life you are thankful for, something that makes you happy to know it exists. Fill up the back with words explaining why you are grateful for its presence in the world. Mail it naked to your partner. Open to everyone because I'm grateful for every single one of you! (There will also be an International version) Storebought or quality homemade postcards are acceptable.

Oops - sorry! Thanks for pointing that out - I fixed it! I had a feeling I'd done something wrong - set up the swap in a hurry!
