What can you make with a piece of plastic? Please make one craft for your one partner, in which you make a craft from recycling some sort of plastic. Here are just some ideas: you could make a piece of art, a pin cushion/sewing kit from a plastic bottle, a bag, jewelry, a doll, or any number of other crafts. I have a love-hate relationship with plastic. I can appreciate what plastics have done for us as far as advanced medical equipment and the affordable building of cars, etc, but I despise that plastic is being utilized so often, in just about everything, and that it is not being recycled. Plastic is one of the top environmental hazards for the Earth! Thankfully they have FINALLY outlawed the plastic grocery bag in my city. Angela, those pictures broke my heart.

@misscorbeau I know and I didn't even put the really graphic ones up....and I also get emotional when I see the damage people are doing to the planet. I wish plastic bags would be outlawed everywhere...they really are that destructive. People can certainly use reusable bags, etc.

Dang...looks like I just missed this one. The links made me kind of angry....and I decided I would join but looks like I'm just too late! Maybe next time. Now I want to go pick up trash!! Clean up this World we all live in and treasure!
