Description: | |
I've been having fun with unused vintage postage lately on mail art swaps. It's been fun to use a bunch of them to total what I need to mail the swap. So, I've been thinking it could make a good swap, and then when I saw @angellarae s "covered in stamps" idea in the forums, I just knew I had to go ahead and host the swap. Thus, for this swap, I challenge you to use a minimum of 8 low-value stamps to essentially cover most of the envelope. Feel free to challenge yourself to use even more. In my sample above, I used 11 of them. The stamps you use don't have to be vintage; your post office should sell lots of low value postage stamps. To help make your envelope a bit sturdier so it can withstand the postal system, please add a small flat surprise (sender's choice) - note card, postcard, recipe, book mark, handmade envelope, etc. Don’t forget to include your name & swap bot ID somewhere inside the envelope. You will have 1 partner. Have fun! |
