What swap deadline means? Should my package get to my partner in that?

you must have sent the package by the 21st of February and you then have 2 weeks in which it will arrive and can be rated. After that the 1 and 3 ratings will be avaliable if you did not get your package. Thanks for asking the question :) If you have any more feel free to ask

What do I do if the postal office didnt let me send in my coins? I just got back upset because they said I cant send the coins to the UK.... I dont want to be under rated, I did have both of my packages ready....
