We had so much fun last time-let's do it again! We will be making one Wool Felt Brooch for one partner. Please use 100% Pure Wool Fiber. No acrylic felt please! This is a swap all about artistic freedom- so don't list what kind of thing you want your partner to make! It's going to be a surprise! I do encourage you to look at your partner's profile and make something that will delight them personally! This swap is for all us fiber fanatics out there that can't get enough of this good stuff! Be sure and apply a pin to the back securely so we can use these.

No Newbies! SORRY! No, no-sends. I reserve the right to ban anyone suspicious, flaky, or otherwise a questionable swapper. This swap is for the talented, experienced, reliable swapper only!

These will be very light for shipping so this is an INTERNATIONAL Swap! (I love our Int'l swappers!) Welcome and Thanks for joining us!

I'm a total fiber snob! I've made felt food out of acrylic but realy my love is pure wool! (or silk or linen!)I use wool that I have dyed and degreased myself. I needle felt the items usually doing 3D characters and forms. When I make anything from flat felt I use recycled sweaters that I felt (full) in the washing machine and hand dye. I found a really nice 100% Scotland wool sweater that wasn't wearable anymore but works great recycled into crafts. I go to the thrift stores on their 1/2 price days and search out the wool sweaters. I know wool felt is expensive to buy-so consider using recycled fulled wool. If you want to see my tutorial on how to dye wool in the microwave visit my web page Little little THANKS!
