FILE FOLDER ART (USA)

Did you know there is a lot more you can do with a FILE FOLDER then put bills in it? Yep, it's true!

For this swap you are required to create for your partner something out of a FILE FOLDER. I am not putting any requirements on what to make. But PLEASE ... put some thought and work into it. Something that takes ten minutes to make probably does not meet the requirement. Please make sure to use a NEW file folder. It can be the standard colored one, a decorative one or a colored one. Please make sure to add several different elements and or embellishments.
