Since St. Patrick's Day is coming up and the Irish in me is itching for this holiday...I thought 'let's celebrate with a swap!' So for this one...we'll have 2 partners to create one handmade greeting card for each. They must be handmade and have something St. Patrick's Day and Kawaii about them.
