Description:
Drag out your (too) many rolls of kawaii tape and cover an envelope (minimum 6.5 X 3.5). Top to bottom, front and back... (leave space for an address!!) and then pick out 30 flake stickers to put in it. The tape doesn't have to be kawaii brands, but the flakes do. Easy peasy.
