Description:

You will send your partner a theme decorated box or package envelop with 3 different mid-summer items as listed below and a pagan profile gift for your partner to make them feel even more special. You will also include a note that explains the items. Each item should be wrapped to make each seem even more special.

The box or envelop that you are shipping in should be decorated to the theme. What a fun surprise for your mail carrier and your partner’s. The Ladies at the post office I like to use always get a kick out of decorated packages and they need all the smiles they can get. You don’t have to worry about putting pagan symbols all over it for it to fit this theme. You will want to make sure that your Fair folk it you put any in your decoration are covered so your package is not high jacked by the US postal service for indecent art or corruption of minors. Be creative and mindful.

Item #1 One hand crafted item inspired by the Shakespearean play, a Mid-Summers’s Night Dream or any creative work based off of that play ( movie, song, book, illustration, ect). The item should take thought , effort and be something you would love to receive or that your partner has stated they would love to receive. You may want to study your partners profile for inspiration on what to make for them to make them smile but it is up to you what you send! Suggestions: jewelry, painting, flower crown, doll, hand made book, mask, a decorated box or jar, wings, quilt square, Puck horns, charms – incense- soap to attract or repel The Fair folk, ect…

Item # 2 one store bought item that relates to the theme. This item can be altered once it is bought to make it fit into the theme. Please no stickers. Suggestions: magnet, a pattern for a costume in your partners size (you will need to check their profile or message for size), book, bookmark, music, mask, poster, note card, t-shirt, figurine, candle, ect…….

Item # 3 should be an item made, bought or found that the Fair Folk would love to barrow (I call it stealing but my friends inform me it is just seems that way because they have a different since of time). It can be old but must be in good condition. Suggestions, crystals, shiny cool buttons/beads, a hole stone, things from nature, a thimble, ribbon, embroidery thread.

Item #4- a Mid-summer ( the holiday) pagan profile gift for your partner. All the rest you can do ahead but this really should be something that your partner would enjoy. If their profile is not filled out where you can come up with something you think they will love-message them.

Like all swaps please put your name and the name of the swap in or on the envelope/box where your partner can find it. This is to let them know who sent them the fabulous swap and they can rate you. I am giving all of us the time to do a really nice job and have it out in time for your partner to enjoy by Mid-summer. You must be in good standing in the the group and not had any 1's in the the last 3 months or have swaps that are not sent out but are past due. If for some reason you feel you have been unfairly rated and want to be part of the swap please message me. Happy Swapping!
