I know I am new at this but how long does one usually have to wait to receive a rating?

I rate as soon as I get my swap. I know it varies. If you sent it, I would wait a day or 2 & then PM them to make sure they got it. The recipe may have gotten missed or ended up in their junk mail folder. If you still have a problem after that please let me know.
