First of all, these have to be put on index cards. There should at least 10, but you can include more. You must decorate the cards. Quotes can be about love, humor, imspiration or anything that would make someone happy. You go off of what makes you happy, not the person you're sending the cards to. This swap is about expressing yourself.

Do the index cards have to be a certain size? 3 x 5 " for instance? Lined, unlined?

3 x 5 is preferable, but they can be any size.

Do they have to be index cards, or just the size of an index card? I would like to use cardstock or maybe scrapbook paper.
