In this swap we will see how many different places we can get signed up. This is International so you can signup no matter where your from. You will be required to send your partner a shotglass from your area. This can't be just a plain shotglass. It must be a souvenier one. Please don't signup if you have 1's or previous 3's. You must have completed at least 3 type 3 swaps. If you plan on flaking we don't want you in this swap...no time for games. When you sign up please state where you from So how many places can we get signed up???

I have made an exception on this swap for 2 that had previous 3's because of their good swap records. If anyone that has signed up for this swap fails to send to their partners on time or fails to send you will not be welcome in anymore swaps that I host. And if your partner fails to send on time or at all, please let me know. Send in time to be postmarked for July 28th. If you fail to to send by this date I' sure your partner will rate accordingly. Only emergencies is the exception.
