Portlandia ATC

For this swap, you will send your partner an ATC based on the TV show "Portlandia" from the IFC channel.

It can be hand-drawn, painted, collaged, etc... but the end result must be something you'd be happy to receive as well. You can choose to create something based on a character or a skit, but it must be relevant to the show itself. You can even put a bird on it if you'd like, as long as no real birds are harmed in the process. ;)
