Please take time and effort making your cards, send something you would want to recieve. We are rating based on the atc, not the extras. You DO NOT have to send extras to get a heart. Hearts are to be given on the quality, complexity of the atc itself. I will extend the send date on this since it is international and we might need to pay $1.05 on some envelopes from the states | |
