I love the paper banners I have been seeing - and I want to make a Halloween themed one!

You will have ONE partner - and you will create ONE Halloween themed banner (you can go creepy or cute or combine both). The banner needs to have a minimum of FIVE pennants on it. The pennants should be a minimum of approximately 4" by 6". The pennants can be triangles, circles, flags, any shape you want.

You only need to decorate one side of the pennants. String the pennants on twine, string, yarn, ribbon, etc. The banner should be ready to hang when received by your partner.

If you Google Image "paper banner" there are some really cute ones out there - and I'm sure there are a ton on Flickr, too. Your banner doesn't have to look anything like the one in the swap photo - I just thought this one was cute. I will most likely collage my pennants. You could rubber stamp, hand draw, collage, glue on tons of embellishments, etc. Anything you want to do as long as it is HALLOWEEN themed!
