Cute Crocheted Potholder

I did a swap a little bit ago for a handmade potholder. While searching for a pattern, I found alot of cute ideas and thought it would make a fun swap, and a great way to get the group going again. So here it is.

You will have 2 partners, and you will make them each, 1 potholder. This is senders choice, but it always nice to take look at your partners profile for likes, and dislikes. This is also open to all group members, and will be international. Please be aware of this, if postage is an issue, although it shouldn’t cost to much to send since these are fairly small and lightweight.

You will crochet each of the potholders using cotton yarn (the kind used for dishcloths) please DO NOT use acrylic or acrylic blends, as these may melt when used, even if that is what the pattern calls for

The potholders should be a cute shape or design, no boring plain round or square ones. Below are some links for ideas. Crochet Pattern Central also has a lot of ideas, and you can always do an internet search for ideas as well.
