"fbs and 5 may be of any type" - can you explain more please? What about fbs, I thought this was for label bags?

??? I'm glad I'm not the only one confused!! :-p

I think I read it as total of 10, made up mostly of new label bags, and up to 5 of the 10 can be FBs of any sort... ?

Alternatively, 10 new label bags plus 5 FBs, any type
