You will make 1 ATC with a twist. A postage stamp (new or cancelled) must be part of the picture, not just an embellishment. The stamp isn't just added to the ATC, it is the main focus and then you finish the picture in any media you choose. The fun part is finding just the right stamp. .Long sign up time so you can think about it and many days to work on the perfect ATC for one partner. And, loads of fun!
