This is a Dotee challenge swap – Cut from the same cloth Here is how it works: I will purchase a single cut of fabric which I will cut up into 4x5 pieces. I’ll send you two(2) pieces of the fabric. I will not send any other embellishments since I’ll be sending in a note card to reduce postage. When you receive your fabric you will made a dotee for your partner. If you use something from your own stash for the back you can use the second piece that I send to make a sister for yourself. There is no theme except to use the fabric I send and the usual include a face, hanger and tail. Size and shape are up to the artist. You will be making 1 doll for 1 partner. I am making this international. If you don’t know much about Dotee Dolls I’ve included some links that should help. To see some photos of finished Dotees check out these flickr photos To the blog of the woman who started the Dotee Craze Go Here For a tutorial from Dot herself Click Here Due to the steps in this swap and the fact that it would be complex to angel I am using a stricter set of requirements for which I will not make exceptions. You must be an established swapper and fit the following requirements: 10 completed – rated swaps (not including email swaps) At least 1 rated dotee swap No no-sends in the last 4 months (if it’s an unfair rating that you haven’t been able to resolve message me with details) If you have questions or concerns please message or email. Happy swapping!!! Betsy AKA Hag53 |
