For this swap, you will create an hand drawn/painted ATC based on your partner's profile. One partner, one ATC. Simple like that. Now some rules: Please read your partner's profile. Newbies are welcome if WITH A FILLED OUT PROFILE For those with questionable ratings, I will be checking your profiles and ratings. Basically, if you have a one (1) or a three (3) in the last six months, you will maybe banned. Note: I'm going to start a series of these hand-drawn/painted ATC's. Next up will be a free theme one.
