A.R.T. Color Series - BLUE

I'd like to add to my rolo collection and I thought this would be a great way to add color and volume to my altered rolo holder.

You will make 2 rolos - one each for 2 partners - using BLUE background and items. Clear off your craft table/desk and gather all the BLUE things. Add a quote, or not. Add fabric and ribbon, or use up all your craft punches with blue paper scraps. Think BLUE and have fun.

And YES, you can add other colors, but the overall impression should be the color above.
