This swap is open to everybody! You will make a "Smiley Face ATC" For this swap you will create (2) Smiley Face ATCâ€™s one for each partner. Requirements: ATC must have a smiley somewhere on it! Theme: Smiley Face ((Be CREATIVE!!)) Any shape or color. Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. NO Cards with JUST STICKERS! Use glitter, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, yarn, bling bling or whatever is needed to make your ATC look itâ€™s best. I will angel if needed but I hope it won't be needed! Have fun!
