February is Valentine month , but it is also my birthday month.Sooo.....This dotee is all about the birthday party! Party dress,birthday cake,party hats,balloons,birthday presents, etc. Senders choice on how to dress her for the party. please follow the dotee rules 3-6 inches and a hanger and tail. Have fun and make her special because birthdays are special. Ratings must be 4.9 or better no unexplained 3's and absolutely no 1's. sorry but flakers seem to be rampant lately.
