Description:

We can never have enough dish towels, but how many do you have that are personalized for you?

This swap will be for 3 dish towels sent to one partner. You must look at your partners profile and send dish towels that reflect their interests and likes. You may buy plain dish towels and decorate them however you like or you may find some really nice ones in a store that fit your partner well. Or do a combination of both. Just make sure that you put effort into this and don't just send plain, cheap dish towels. Think about what you would like to get back, and be sure that they are usuable (although some people may choose to keep them 'just for looks').

You will have 3 weeks after partner assignments to send your towels. This should allow plenty of time to make your towels absolutely perfect for your swap partner, and to get them in the mail.

This will be an international swap since dish towels shouldn't cost very much to mail.

This will be open to everyone with a completed profile. However, I will ban you if you have low or questionable ratings or no sends.

I am new but would like to try this swap Thank You sheilah

I am fairly new myself, so you are welcome here. I am only weeding out people with bad ratings and no sends. So as long as you don't get any of those you are safe! Thanks for joining!!

Can the towels be handmade (knit or crochet)?

Rockdiva24 04/10/2008 #

Yes they can be homemade, but just keep in mind that they need to be usable. I actually created this swap cause I wanted to do other dish towel swaps and they were all knit or crocheted and I prefer cloth ones. I have never tried using one that is knit or crocheted. Are they absorbent?
