Expats Swap #2

My 2 year anniversary in the USA is coming up and I would like to repeat my expats swap from 2011:

I am a German girl living in the USA and I love to exchange experiences with other expats.

Did you move to another country, recently or years ago? Where and why? How were the preparations and travels? What are your experiences with the new culture? Do you like living in the new country or would you rather go back? What do you miss most of home and what would you miss if you went back home?

Send one handwritten letter to your partner, telling about your experiences (answering at least the questions above) and put something regarding your "old" and your "new" country in the envelope (postcard, coin, stamps, receipe ...). Btw: A decorated envelope is always a pleasure, too ;)
