Description:

In this swap, we will be sending our Front Porch friends a view of something you see through a calendar swap. In other words, this should be a calendar that shares your region/state/city with your Porch Pals.
Perhaps you see it when you sit on your own porch; perhaps its from a family member's porch or a friend's porch. Maybe it's even from the front porch of your favorite restaurant or inn. Example: A calendar found in a gift shop where a tourist might find a souvenir of the area visited. Find a 2013 calendar. It can be a free calendar, a purchased calendar, or even one you made using photos taken in your area. That would be so cool! It does not have to be a store-bought calendar but that's great also. Make sure it's one you would be happy to receive yourself. That's most important! The calendar needs to show views from your area, region, city. Now the views can be pretty far-ranging. Perhaps your view will be peeking into the kitchen and show foods from your region. Cool! Maybe you'll find a calendar that shows events in your region; very nice.
It's up to you but the main purpose of this swap is to share your area with your Porch Pals. Any questions, please send me a PM or I'll check here every now and then. I hope you'll jump in. I did this swap with another group, and was asked to open one in this group as it was fun, to do AND to receive. You may add any other "regional" items you wish along with your calendar but a "5" should be given if you receive a regional calendar from your partner.
