For this swap you will need one notecard (I believe the definition is it folds down the middle and is blank inside) and on the inside you will write about all-natural, home remedies.

Write about your favorite home remedies. Health tips you've read about that use nature's cures. Anything to do with treatments/cures for health issues that have no man-made chemicals. Or you could write about why you like natural remedies, why you don't, talk about wanting to try them. Whatever!

I will check profiles to make sure you aren't just joining my swap to cause trouble (but really, come on, it's a notecard). Newbies are encouraged to join.
