TPD Ribbon Collage Note Card

On March 18, Giddyanni is giving away some ribbon here, so I started looking for ideas to use ribbon bits and found the image posted below.

Let's make our partner a note card with a ribbon collage on the front.

You may use other embellishments but please don't make it chunky as the ribbon will add thickness and weight too.

The card should be regular mailing size (no minis).

Please include a matching envelope.

This is a card for your partner to use, not for you to write in.
