Description:
Send your 1 partner 1 ATC with the theme of Steampunk Sea Creature. ATC should be made by you and follow the typical ATC rules: 2.5" x 3.5", sturdy, not simply a sticker slapped on paper, information filled out on the back. All mediums welcome. Be sure to package sturdily and add extra postage if your envelope isn't machinable. 4.85 minimum rating, no recent poor ratings. I will be checking profiles.
