The 2013 Pulitzer Prizes were announced on April 15. This year’s fiction winner was “The Orphan Master’s Son” by Adam Johnson. There was no 2012 award for fiction, but the 2011 winner was “A Visit from the Goon Squad” by Jennifer Egan.

For this swap, read either “The Orphan Master’s Son” or “A Visit from the Goon Squad” and tell two partners what you thought about the book in a letter of at least a full page. Include with the letter a bookmark (storebought, handmade or freebie) for your partners’ next reading experience.
