Description:

2 partners, 2 ATCs to each -- 4 ATCs total. Any medium. This swap: My Get In Shape Goal. (Long-term or short-term goal, the choice is yours.)

What is it that you personally desire for yourself? Is it weight loss? Healthier eating? A fit and tone body? Is it a happier relationship with food? or with your body? Whatever your motivation, let's get those goals nailed down! A goal well defined is a goal that becomes achievable. :)

May I suggest, perhaps, one of the ATCs might represent the goal(s) you wish as viewed from an external perspective and the other from an internal one? (an external might be the ability to smile because you're feeling good about yourself, an internal might be parting ways with a food that's bad for you.)

Art, like journaling, can be a great way to visualize your goals and work through your difficulties. I thought it would be great fun to create Get In Shape theme ATCs-- small projects with big potential. In addition to refining our own ideas about ourselves and our personal journeys, they will also help us share a sense of ourselves with the others in our group.

The first of a series of Get In Shape Girl ATCs. Join them all or pick and choose.

..I always wonder what ATC means.

Artist Trading Card. They are a 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" card which you basically use as your "canvas" to create on.

Thank you, Nicole!! ATCs can be made in papercrafting techniques.. on cardstock with: rubber stamping, collage, painting, drawing, etc. They can also be made in fabrics.. quilting, applique, beadwork, etc. or with any other medium that comes to mind!

have fun!
