Description: | |
I'm finishing as year as BOM chairman of my quilt guild and it occurred to me we might stretch each other's quilting experience with a swap where we would made a block -- maker's choice of block, colors, size -- and send it to our partner with a tutorial. You don't have to write an original tutuorial. You can use one from the Internet, one from your guild's BOM, one from a magazine. But we must be on the up-an-up: if you use a tutuorial from the net or a book, give credit to where you found it. You can print the tutorial or xerox it if it's in a magazine or book. If it's your own design or your own variation of a traditional design, you can write your own tutuorial being clear about cutting, size of pieces, sewing. So to summarize: one block you've sewn -- any size, any colors and one page of tutorial (more than one page if need be) |
