WIYM: 10+ Postage Stamps (Int'l)

I'm hosting a USA version, but Lou suggested I host an international one, so here it is.

Attn: All you postage stamp lovers. I hope you will come out and play in my fun challenge. This will be "double" the fun of my previous 5+ postage stamp challenges.

You will use a minimum of 10 lower valued postage stamps on your envelope to equal what it will cost to mail your notecard to its destination. Please try not to put any more than what it costs - challenge yourself to get to the exact amount. If you do happen to go over by a cent or two, that's fine.

The stamps should be different designs, but you may use more than one of the same denomination (i.e. one 6 cents stamp of flowers, one 6 cents stamps of horses, etc.).

You may use current stamps or vintage stamps or any combination thereof.
