The rule: Postage limit is 86 CENTS (3 ounces). Think outside the box if you're stumped: you can do ATC's, bookmarks, collage, tags, etc. (Just remember: it's one item for each clue)

I'm not clear what the postage limit should be. It should be in ounces, not ﾃつ｢. Postage is 46ﾃつ｢ for the first ounce and 20ﾃつ｢ for each ounce (partial or full ounce) after that. 1 ounce = 46ﾃつ｢ 2 ounces = 66ﾃつ｢ 3 ounces = 86ﾃつ｢ If you put 92ﾃつ｢ postage on an envie (2 x 46ﾃつ｢ or 2 "forever" stamps), you are really wasting either 26ﾃつ｢ because 2 ounces cost 66ﾃつ｢ or 6ﾃつ｢ because 3 ounces would cost 86ﾃつ｢.
