I love these little swaps where you can only put 20 grams in an envelope and try and put as much nice things as possible in there! In Europe 20 grams will only cost you one stamp to send and to be honest that is not much at all! Nearly nothing! I couldn't find one up and running so I made my own! So, rules are: It has to be something fun and be 20 grams of weight. Use a food scale or such. Read your partners profile. Make the envelope pretty so that your partner is happy when opening the mailbox! We all love colourful and pretty mail, don't we?

I have a stupid question ;), are the 20 grams meant to be with or without the envelope? Thanks :)

Since the weigh limit for one stamp is 20 grams, the whole envelope with its contents must not weigh more than that. :)
