Description:
Let's keep our mailboxes free of rats. Send cats to one partner - paper cats that is. The paper cats may be die cuts, images from magazines, note cards, or anything else you want to rubber stamp, cut or make. Fill one envelope with cats, kittens and maybe even a mouse or two. Put a smile on your partner's face! Any size envelope is fine. This is meant to be fun, not expensive.
