Description:
Your going to use a Domino to make a pendant. At Dollar stores,they"re $3 a whole box of white ones. Decopage it with the theme of Halloween......... Make sure you seal it with a clear sealer. You can add holes with a drill press for the wire or you can buy a jewelry finding and glue that on to hold your lightweight chain. Maybe add a nice bead as a embellishment. Just Google Domino Pendants,They also have free Tutorials there also. Sorry my link wouldn"t work.
