Second in this series of swaps that require you to indicate which books you've read on a list, read one of the books you haven't already read, and write a review of it for your partners.
The List:
This time we're going to focus on Printz Award winners. Go through the list of winners and nominees for the Michael L. Printz award for excellence in young adult literature: CLICK FOR LIST and indicate with an asterisk, bold, font color, or highlight color the ones that you have read. (I'll put the list at the bottom of this swap, so you can just copy & paste and then mark up as desired).
The Book Review:
Choose a book from the list that you have NOT yet read. Give it a try. You don't have to finish it if you end up not liking it, but you should read enough to be able to write a short review (minimum of two paragraphs) of it. Please do not include any major spoilers unless you are sure your partners have read the same book (check your partners' profiles). How would you summarize it? Did you like the book? Would you recommend it? Did it deserve to be on this list? What were your favorite aspects/characters/moments? Least favorite?
The Swap:
Send your list and review to your 2 partners. Either send an email and put their email addresses in the BCC fields OR post it somewhere like on a blog or tumblr and use the messaging system on swap-bot to give the link to your partner.
Got it? Okay! Post or message me if you have any questions!
